Program and Office Hours
Office hours are from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Thursday, closed Friday.
Food Pantry: Thursdays from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
Clothing Ministry: Thursdays from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
Food Delivery to the Elderly (65 and older) and to the Disabled, Biweekly on Fridays between 10:30 am and 1:30 pm.
Giving Hope House is a Christian based program to offer men seeking to better their lives, and transform their futures, a transitional home on their way to meeting their goals.
Hope's Promise Afterschool Youth Program: Wednesdays from 2:30 pm to 4:00 pm
Homework Help Tutoring Initiative: Mondays and Thursdays, 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm
Community Resource Center: (Diabetic Food Pantry)
Tuesdays and Thursdays
If you are a Community Health Care patient and would like to learn more or find out if you qualify, please speak with your healthcare provider about a referral.
(Please note: This program is not open to the general public. Participation is available by referral only for eligible Community Health Care patients.)
