Program and Office Hours
Office hours are from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Thursday, closed Friday.
Food Pantry: Thursdays from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm.
Clothing Ministry: Thursdays from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
Food Delivery to the Elderly (65 and older) and to the Disabled, Biweekly on Fridays between 10:30 am and 1:30 pm.
Giving Hope House is a Christian based program to offer men seeking to better their lives, and transform their futures, a transitional home on their way to meeting their goals.
Hope's Promise Afterschool Youth Program: Wednesdays from 2:30 pm to 4:00 pm
Homework Help Tutoring Initiative: Mondays and Thursdays, 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm
Community Resource Center: (Diabetic Food Pantry)

If you are a Community Health Care patient and would like to learn more or find out if you qualify, please speak with your healthcare provider about a referral.

Clothing Ministry
Collecting clothing for those in need is vitally important. A person's sense of self-esteem is tied into how they look. Everyone deserves to have decent, clean clothing to wear.
We collect and provide clothing for everyone - men, women, and children.
Youth Program
We conduct Youth Programs for neighborhood kids, many from African and Asian refugee families with severely limited finances. Thanks to generous grants, Heart of Hope has been able to show them hope and joy, and helped their education by providing laptops, bikes, school supplies and clothing.
After School Youth Program on Wednesdays from 2:30-4:00 pm. Tutoring on Monday-Wednesday.

Through a partnership with Community Health Care, Heart of Hope houses a Diabetic Food Pantry at our Community Resource Center. Available by referral only for eligible Community Health Care patients
